Functional Space Rehab

This Rehab renovation had three main of priorities. The first was refreshing the entirety of the home to give it that new, fresh home look and feel.

The second priority was to fully finish out the basement, with the goal of significantly expanding the functional, comfortable and livable space fully in line with the character of the rest of the home.

The third priority was to expand the functional working and storage space in the kitchen, while still leaving a perfectly sized dining area for a family of 4.
